Privacy notice
Last updated 22 August 2026
There's no contact form on this site and nothing here collects your details. If you'd like to talk, write to hello@equoren.com.
If you email us
We'll have whatever you chose to put in your message — usually your name, your email address and what you'd like to improve. We read it, reply to it, and work out whether we can help. That's the whole purpose: answering someone who wrote to us, which is our legitimate interest and, if we go on to work together, a step towards that. We don't add you to a mailing list, don't pass your details to anyone, and don't use them for profiling or automated decisions. Please don't send confidential business data or credentials in a first message.
We keep the correspondence while it's relevant and no longer than 12 months after our last exchange — sooner if you ask.
Visiting the site
Our host, Cloudflare, processes the technical data any website receives — your IP address and browser headers — to deliver the page and protect against abuse. Email sent to hello@equoren.com is routed by Cloudflare to a mailbox hosted by Google. Both may process data outside the EEA, under the safeguards EU law requires. This site sets no cookies that need your consent.
Your choices
Write to hello@equoren.com and we'll act within one month. You can ask what we hold and get a copy, correct it, have it deleted, restrict what we do with it, or tell us to stop contacting you. If you're in the EU, the UK or somewhere with equivalent rules, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Who's responsible
Equoren is a small independent project. Everything to do with this notice goes to hello@equoren.com and reaches the person responsible directly.
